BWH Plant Co "#HauntYourHouseplants" Giveaway Rules

Age and Residency: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, interns, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of BWH Plant Co and its affiliates are not eligible. Influencers and affiliates involved in promoting BWH Plant Co are also excluded.
Legal Residents: The giveaway is open only to those residing in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Entry Period: The #HauntYourHouseplants giveaway runs from October 3rd, 2024 to October 13th, 2024. Entries will be accepted up until 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day. Late submissions will not be considered.

No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the giveaway does not require a purchase or payment.
Method of Entry: To enter, participants must:
1. Post a photo or video of their plant(s) in a spooky, creative, or Halloween-themed setup on Instagram.
2. Tag @bwhplantco and use the hashtag #HauntYourHouseplants in their post.
3. Each entry must follow these rules to be considered valid.
Daily Entry: Participants may enter once per day. Each entry will count separately for the grand prize.

Winner Selection: 5 grand prize winners will be selected by our BWH staff committee from all eligible entries at the end of the giveaway.
Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and must reply within 72 hours with their full name, email address, and shipping address to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.
Scam Warning: BWH Plant Co will never ask for payment information via DM. Beware of scammers.

Grand Prizes: 5 winners will each receive a $100 gift card to BWH Plant Co.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at BWH Plant Co’s discretion.

Acceptance of Rules: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of BWH Plant Co, which are final and binding.
Data Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to BWH Plant Co’s privacy policy.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Right to Use: By entering, participants grant BWH Plant Co the right to use their entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

Social Media Compliance: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants are providing information to BWH Plant Co and not to Instagram or Meta.
