About The Role
BWH Plant Co is looking for a hard-working and reliable team member to assist in the greenhouse. The primary responsibilities of this role include potting, spacing, propagating, trimming, watering & weeding plants. The ability to lift 50lbs is required, as is the ability to spend the day on your feet in an outdoor environment. Part-time and full-time hourly roles available. Prior experience working in a greenhouse is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare soil and water plants
- Assist in propagating plants
- Keep greenhouse clean and organized
- Loading and unloading plants and new inventory
- Must properly use and take care of greenhouse materials and equipment
- Assist Head Grower with administrative tasks such as plant records, accurate recording, and production
Requirements:
- Understanding of basic plant anatomy
- Thrives in a constantly changing work environment
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Work at a productive pace
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Be able available to work Monday - Friday
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized & computer literate
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience working in a similar role strongly preferred
