SHIPPING DELAYS DURING COVID-19:

Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing carrier delays with our UPS GROUND SHIPPING option. Please note - UPS Suspension of Service Guarantee: "Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020." 

 

CANCELATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

Please be aware, all sales are final.  BWH Plant Co. does not accept returns on any items. Due to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept changes or cancelations 24 hours after an order is placed. Should you place an order and need to make a change simply connect with our team within 24 hours of placing the order. We can not make changes to orders after 24 hours.

DAMAGES

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery support@bwhplantco.com. Customer must be able to provide proof of the issue at hand (either through photo or video) so our team is able to assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. We ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 48 hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity. 

LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY

Packages marked as delivered by carrier, but are not received are the customer's responsibility to track. BWH Plant Co. is not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below as we are not able to track the parcel down on our end.

Furthermore, should customer intercept or reroute the package through the carrier, BWH Plant Co. is no longer liable for the package should issues arise due to the changes made by customer. 

 

 

INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED PACKAGES

If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address BWH Plant Co. is not liable for additional shipping or replacement item cost. New postage cost will be the customers responsibility. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If plants are returned back to us and are not in good condition to be shipped back out due to extended transit a 25% replacement fee will be added to the additional postage cost. Our team will do it’s best to replace items but we can not guarantee items will always be available for replacement as our inventory changes weekly. Refund options will also be available in the form of shop credit (the 25% replacement fee will still apply). If you have just placed your order and notice an error in the shipping address please contact support@bwhplantco.com immediately. Our team can make changes to orders up 

***UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your package is addressed to a P.O. Box it may be delayed or returned to sender. Should the package get returned to sender the item will incur the above fees.
