Please allow approximately 3-5 businesses days for order processing. We aim to have all orders shipped out no later than the following Wednesday.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING - SHIPPING & DELAYS DURING COVID-19: Due to the current pandemic, we are noticing carrier delays with our UPS GROUND & USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING options. Please remain patient, if your order arrives in poor condition our team is here to assist and will provide refund/replacement options. Simply email our support line within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible. If contacted after the delivery refund window we can not guarantee replacements/refund options will be provided. Please be advised - we now offer Summer Shipping Insurance to cover damage specifically related to rising temperatures. If damages pertain to heat and no insurance was selected customers may be responsible for additional postage charges.
We are now shipping with UPS & we offer 3 options for shipping:
UPS GROUND: Depending on delivery location, your item will arrive in APPROXIMATELY 5 business days leaving total turn around time from purchase to delivery as roughly 14 days. UPS shipping rates vary by location but start at $10
UPS 2 DAY: When selecting this shipping option your order is GUARANTEED to arrive within 2 business days once shipped. Orders placed with UPS 2 Day shipping will be processed and shipped on Monday to avoid weekend delays and ensure the package is in transit the least amount of time possible. UPS 2 Day shipping rates vary by location.
UPS NEXT DAY: When selecting this shipping option your order is GUARANTEED to arrive within 1 business day once shipped. Orders placed with UPS Next Day shipping will be processed and shipped on Monday to avoid weekend delays and ensure the package is in transit the least amount of time possible. UPS Next Day shipping rates vary by location.
USPS Priority: Only shipped for Alaska & Hawaii.
Due to shipping restrictions we currently only ship within the USA, sorry international friends.
SUMMER & WINTER SHIPPING:
While the BWH team does it's best to package plants to withstand transit, during certain times of year temperatures can greatly affect the health of your plant. During months with extreme temperatures we offer an insurance add on that covers replacements or refund options should your plant be affected by extreme temperatures which is not covered by standard carrier insurance. If you are concerned about shipping issues due to extreme heat or cold weather make sure to select the SUMMER or WINTER SHIPPING INSURANCE before checking out.
PLEASE BE ADVISED:
Bring your packages inside immediately when experiencing extreme hot or cold weather.
Should your plant experience damage due to extreme temperatures and you opted out of the insurance add on - customer will be responsible for new postage charge to replace the plant and could incur a restock fee of 15%.
Temperature suggestions - In summer we advise insurance if you are seeing temperatures above 90 degrees and in winter below 50 degrees.
