This plant came in amazing shape and it has been such a fast grower! It has new shoots all the time. I’m still waiting on it to have fenestrations, but that will come in time. Great purchase!

I was very impressed with my order. This was the first time ordering from BWH and found them online accidentally. All plants were extremely healthy, full and well priced. They were also packaged nicely. Giving four stars only due to a customer service issue. There was a promotion offered when I purchased that weekend which I did not recieve. I reached out to customer service who promptly responded stating basically 'so sorry, you can try again next time when it is offered". I was surprised by the response and shared that to which I revieved the same type of response with no offer to remedy the issue. I let it go, but it is worth mentioning. Also noteworthy is their savvy social media connections, reminders and ads that have come my way since ordering. BWH has mastered this piece as I want to order a new plant every time I open these.
