A note on very cold weather:
We recommend waiting to order tropical plants until your daytime temperatures are consistently above 40°F for the entire 4-10 day delivery timeframe. Heat packs offer limited protection and may not prevent damage in temperatures below this threshold.

Please note that orders shipped to locations with temperatures below 40°F are not covered under our Plant People Promise, below. This means no reimbursements or replacements will be offered for plants damaged in extreme cold.

We'll have plenty of exciting plants throughout the year when temps are more favorable for shipping!

Plant People Promise

At BWH Plant Co, we're all about spreading joy with our amazing plant lineup. As passionate growers, we're dedicated to curating the finest houseplants and ensuring your shopping experience is top-notch.

Live plants can be delicate. Even though we take extra care to protect them during transit, things like shipping, handling, or unpredictable weather are beyond our control. But don't worry! Our Plant People Promise has you covered.

If your plant arrives damaged and doesn't bounce back after travel, struggles to settle into its new home, or if you're not satisfied with your order, simply reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Depending on the plant's condition, availability, and weather, we'll offer store credit or a replacement.

Please follow these guidelines on how to help your plant adjust after shipping. Repotting your plant within this timeframe will void the guarantee.

Keep in mind, plants are ever-changing and may have minor blemishes or imperfections - that's what makes them uniquely beautiful! It's normal for plants to experience some stress or shed leaves after shipping. They may need time to adjust. Issues like these are easily remedied and might not fall under our Plant People Promise. Our team will help decipher the root cause of any issues and find a way forward.
