If your plant arrives damaged, struggles to settle into its new home, or if you're simply not satisfied with your order, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace it or provide store credit. We firmly believe that adding greenery to any space brings joy, and our plants are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

When winter comes, we've got you covered! We'll add a free heat pack with your order whenever it's necessary. Our team closely monitors the weather in each delivery area and makes sure a heat pack is included when needed. No need to worry about extra charges or requesting one!

Please be aware: it's not advisable to order live plants if your daytime temperatures dip below 40° Fahrenheit. In such cases, our team may need to hold or cancel your order to ensure the quality isn't compromised by extreme temperatures.
