Which wholesale option should I choose?
If you’re looking for lower order minimums and smaller quantities per plant, Faire is the best place to start.
Direct B2B is designed for retailers ordering in larger quantities, with a $500 order minimum and larger case pack requirements.
If you need pickup or trucking, you’ll also need to order Direct.
Is the inventory different on Faire vs Direct?
Nope! You’ll find the same plants and available inventory whether you shop through Faire or Direct B2B.
What are the order and case pack minimums?
Faire has a $300 order minimum ($150 for first orders) and lower case pack quantities, typically 5–6 plants per variety.
Direct B2B has a $500 order minimum and larger case pack quantities, typically 12–15 plants per variety.
How does shipping work?
Wholesale orders ship via UPS Ground by default, with 2 Day shipping also available.
For Faire orders, shipping costs are added to your invoice once your order ships. To choose 2 Day shipping, add the UPS 2 Day Shipping product to your order.
For Direct B2B orders, select your shipping method at checkout. A shipping deposit is collected upfront, with the remaining shipping cost charged before your order ships.
All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Can I pick up my wholesale order?
Yes! Pickup is available for Direct B2B orders from our Apopka greenhouse Monday–Thursday, 11am–3pm.
Pickup orders must be placed by 2pm at least two business days before your selected pickup date. Faire orders are shipping only.
Do you offer net payment terms?
Direct B2B does not offer net payment terms.
Eligible retailers ordering through Faire may receive Net terms. Eligibility and payment terms are managed directly through Faire.
