    I was initially concerned, but BWH made it right😍

    I LOVE this plant!!! This has been a dream plant of mine for some time! For the first plant, the leaves were droopy feeling when I received it. I waited a week to see if it was just stressed from shipping but it was not bouncing back. I discovered it had a very small root system, like the roots never outgrew the pod it was planted in. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a replacement plant. I appreciate the worry free guarantee that most online plant companies do not offer. I am super grateful for their stellar customer service!
