4" Epipremnum Aureum 'Japanese Global'

Box arrived completely pummeled and crushed one flap of the box was un-taped and open with white packing peanuts spilling out when it arrived on my doorstep. One of the two plants was crushed and broken its leaves drooping down and is currently dying in my quarantine area. I emailed them with photos and I was basically told to deal with it that the plant would most likely bounce back and “after a few weeks with proper care I could reach back out and work on a solution together”. I was hoping for immediate and swift resolution. Why wait weeks to make it right? I have ordered from BWH many times but I think that was the last. Also they are the slowest online plant shippers in the United States. Somehow takes three weeks.
