    Great packaging and good quality, sizable plants. I do wish the plants were labeled though as I ordered multiple and some look similar.

    Very confused as to why this company doesn’t use heat packs.. my philo basically arrived lifeless, the leafs feel thin and dead the cold did not treat it well.. very disappointing
