I have trimmed her back for propagation; she is still so beautiful! I purchase from several online plant companyโs and I must say BWH has been one of the best experiences.

My turtle plant arrived in soil that was absolutely drenched and halfway sticking out of the pot, which wouldnโt be an issue but I canโt touch the strings without losing a great deal of turtles (I read this to be a sign of overwatering). Had some extremely mushy leaves. Bottom watering probably wouldโve been a better call for this specific plant.
The strings themselves were also twisted and wrapped in a weird cluster that I havenโt been able to separate. You would think that, with how delicate and prone to breakage this plant appears to be, this would be packaged in such a way that promotes some kind of direction and care with separation of strings following arrival in mind. I canโt tell the condition of this plant closer to the soil without feeling as though Iโm losing 20-30 turtles, minimum, with every tiny and gentle adjustment.
Iโve tried contacting customer service with no reply.
