Decently sized , but the one leaf had some damage ( brand new leaf , and some of my aerial root was damaged as well but overall I’m still happy with my purchase .

Incoming growth on any plant can definitely be sensitive to shipping but it should be able to heal itself over and continue to thrive :) As for the aerial root - this is totally normal and isn't detrimental to the plant as its energy is mostly focused on its main root system. If you haven't already, you can trim it!
