About the Role

The Growing & Shipping Team play a crucial role in ensuring our plants arrive happy and healthy to customers nationwide. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a passion for plants, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our Operations team, you’ll assist with plant potting, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.

You’ll be working out of our Apopka, FL greenhouse, so reliable transportation is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Plant Production & Preparation: Assist with potting, labeling, and preparing plants for shipping.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and wrap plants and accessories for customer orders.
• Shipping & Logistics: Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing shipments for on-time delivery.
• Warehouse & Greenhouse Support: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring inventory is properly stocked and accessible.
• Quality Control: Inspect plants and packaging materials to ensure they meet BWH Plant Co standards before shipping.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete daily operation goals.

 What We're Looking For 

• A passion for plants and hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily fulfillment targets.
• Ability to work in both greenhouse and warehouse environments, including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being comfortable working outdoors.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or greenhouse production is a plus but not required.
