Shop online and select free “Local Pickup” at checkout!

When will my order be ready?

Local Pickup orders are delivered from our greenhouse to Jungle Room within one week. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Please pick up your order within 3 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup email. Orders not picked up will be canceled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Where do I pick up my order?

Grab your order at Jungle Room, located at 2322 Edgewater Dr., Orlando, FL 32804, during regular store hours. Just let a team member know you’re there for a Local Pickup order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! They’ll just need the name or order number associated with your order.

Are the same products available online and in store?

Not always! While there may be some overlap, our online and in-store inventory is different. If you have your eye on something online, place an order for Local Pickup to make sure it’s yours.

Jungle Room also has plenty of plants, pots, gifts, and other finds you won’t see online, so it’s always worth a visit.
