Monstera Mint is a rare, highly variegated form of Monstera deliciosa with marbled mint-green and cream patterns across its leaves. Young plants may not show full fenestrations yet, but will develop splits and holes as they mature. This climbing species can eventually reach 8–10 feet or more indoors with proper support. Native to Central America through its species lineage, grown in our FL greenhouse.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light is best; too much direct sun can burn the variegated areas
  • Water: Water when the top inch or two of soil feels dry; avoid waterlogging
  • Pet-Friendly: No, toxic to pets
  • Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity for best growth and color
  • Care Level: Moderate; needs stable conditions to maintain strong variegation

    I was nervous but she’s a survivor!

    UPS delayed my delivery three times and then because I wasn’t there to sign for my package on the third day (Mother’s Day weekend, I was visiting family) they rerouted my package to a UPS pick up point a few blocks away from me. (I’ve never had to sign for a BWH package before, though, so not sure what was special about this package for UPS?) That is not BWH’s fault, though! They’ve been great- shipped quickly, and save for one leaf’s petiole that broke in transit this baby looks great! I was super worried because of the carrier delays that I would have a dead or distressed plant by the time I could finally get my hands on my package, but BWH’s packing is still superb! She hardly needed a watering when I unwrapped her and she was diligently working on a new leaf as well. The unfurled new leaf is the one I am touching in the photo I took today, and you can see the lone petiole/leaf casualty in the two other photos I took on the day of arrival.
