So I am writing a review not on how gorgeous and wonderful the plant was bc sadly it was not. I am writing a review for the amazing customer service team that responded to my issue. That is why I gave 5 stars. They deserve it! I purchased the hearts in memory of my dad passing 😭 when I received the plant it was not in any condition that it should be even with the amazing packing job. They contacted me back within 24 hours. Couldn’t ship a replacement but refunded my money so I can use it next time they restock! Stuff happens I get it but they have an amazing team. I have purchased in the past and the quality of the plants are outstanding. I am hoping my hearts will recover

The soil had formed into a “ball” during shipping, but otherwise very well packed. It is a happy and healthy plant! From what I counted, there are more than 10 strands in the pot!

Soil was completely drenched on arrival. Not as full as expected and many leaves fell off in transit and were stuck inside the pot.
