What exactly will I receive?
Each drop includes a premium, grower’s choice houseplant, a seasonal Arber Organics care product, BWH potting mix matched to your plant, a styled eco pot, and a rotating mix of accessories and BWH extras.
Can I choose my plant?
No, and that’s by design.
The Collectors Club is centered around curated surprises. Every drop is hand-selected by our team based on what we’re most excited to share that season, giving members first access to some of our favorite plants, products, and pairings.
Your preferences help steer the vibe, but part of the experience is not knowing exactly what’s coming next.
How often will I receive a drop?
Collectors Club drops go out every 3 months, for a total of 4 drops per year. We’ll send a reminder before each seasonal release and tracking info once your drop is on the way.
When will I be charged?
Quarterly memberships are billed every 3 months. Annual memberships are billed once yearly upfront for 4 seasonal drops.
Can I skip or cancel?
Quarterly subscriptions can be skipped, canceled, or managed anytime through your subscription account.
Annual prepaid memberships can still be managed or skipped, but are billed upfront and non-refundable once charged.
Will everyone receive the exact same items?
Most drops will be consistent across members, but we may make small substitutions based on availability to ensure quality stays high.
Can I order other items with my drop?
Collectors Club drops ship separately from standard website orders.
What if something arrives damaged?
We stand behind every shipment. If anything arrives in poor condition, reach out to our team and we’ll make it right.
