Live plants are delicate, and while we take extra steps to help protect against the rigors of transit, some factors are out of our control (e.g., shipping & handling or adverse weather conditions). These factors should never be a concern for our customers, so we’re proud to offer our Happy Plants & People Promise. If your plant arrives damaged from transit, is not acclimating well to its new home, or you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery by submitting a claim to receive a replacement or store credit. We truly believe that adding greenery to any space brings joy, and our plants are guaranteed to make you smile.
Worry-free Winter Shipping
During the winter season, heat packs are included with orders at no additional cost. Our team assesses the weather for each delivery area and will include heat packs in the order when necessary. Please note: we do not recommend ordering live plants if your daytime temperatures are below 40° Fahrenheit. Orders may be held or canceled if our team feels the quality of your order will be compromised due to extreme temperatures.
Submitting a Claim
Plants can often be revived with some TLC, and our team will always be happy to provide rescue tips and a replacement for any damaged product. Follow the “How To Submit a Damage Claim” link below. Since we can not accept physical returns, we recommend composting or disposing of any plants beyond saving via your local green waste options. Please note: Repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 14 days will void our guarantee. If the product is out of stock, you can opt for a comparable item or store credit.
If you notice that your plant still hasn’t arrived within 5 days of your expected delivery date, please email email@example.com so that we can make things right. If the missing product is because of incorrect information submitted during your checkout, we cannot provide a refund.
