I LOVE this plant!!! For the first plant, the leaves were droopy feeling when I received it. I waited a week to see if it was just stressed from shipping but it was not bouncing back. I discovered it had a very small root system, like the roots never outgrew the pod it was planted in. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a replacement plant. I appreciate the worry free guarantee that most online plant companies do not offer. I am super grateful for their stellar customer service!

My ficus lost its bottom leaves due to heat in transit, dont believe it was due to improper packaging as all my other plants arrived in great condition. Customer service compensated me for the loss very quickly. I hope to use cloning paste to regrow the lost leaves. I still love it though!
