The plant seems healthy overall, but it did not look like the listing photos or what I expected based on other customer reviews. I expected longer hanging strands, but mine arrived very compact with almost nothing trailing down. I had seen reviews from people saying theirs just needed untangled a bit, so I expected more of a hanging look.

The basket came packed carefully. The turtle patterning on the leaves is crisp and well-defined. BWH clearly knows how to ship trailing plants without destroying them.
