    Mine didnā€™t make it, but they made it right!

    Sadly my calathea didnā€™t make it through shipping. Itā€™s not a them problem because she was ordered with several others and everyone is fine but the calathea. Which is very common because they are super dramatic plants.

    I sent an email and they refunded me for it!

    She's gorgeous

    This was part of a six plant order and every single one of them was packaged with so much care and delivered in great condition. I cant wait to see her grow

    NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT

    Never received the product or an update from customer service when asked about it. Itā€™s been over 8 days since I received an email it has been shipped.
