BWH Plant Co "National Houseplant Week" Giveaway Rules

Age and Residency: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, interns, influencers, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of BWH Plant Co, its affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible. Additionally, influencers and affiliates involved in promoting BWH Plant Co are excluded from participating.
Legal Residents: The giveaway is open only to those residing in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Entry Period: The giveaway runs from September 16 to September 22, 2024. Each daily giveaway will be open for 24 hours, starting at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries will not be accepted outside these times.

No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the giveaway does not require a purchase or payment of any kind and will not increase your chances of winning.
Method of Entry: Entrants must download the BWH App, turn on push notifications, and heart the daily giveaway item within the app to be entered. Each entry must follow the outlined method to be considered valid.
Daily Entry: Entrants can participate once per day during the giveaway period, and each entry will be counted separately for each day's prize.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on the business day following each giveaway.
Notification: Winners will be contacted via email the following business day. Winners must reply within 72 hours with their full name, email address, and shipping address to redeem their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.
Scam Warning: BWH Plant Co will never contact winners via DM to ask for payment information. Beware of scammers.

Each day, a unique prize will be awarded:

Acceptance of Rules: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of BWH Plant Co, which are final and binding.
Data Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the BWH Plant Co’s privacy policy.
Limitations of Liability: BWH Plant Co is not responsible for any errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting their entry or any technical difficulties with the app or notifications.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Right to Use: By entering the giveaway, participants grant BWH Plant Co the right to use their entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

App and Social Media Compliance: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing information to BWH Plant Co and not to Instagram or Meta.
